Job Overview We are seeking experienced candidates in software development, software QA/Test, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and senior leadership roles lasting 15–20+ years. Positions include Vice President of Quality Engineering (AI/ML & DevSecOps Integration) and Vice President of Quality Assurance & Test Automation. Key Responsibilities Lead the organization’s quality engineering initiatives, integrating AI/ML testing methodologies and DevSecOps practices to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality. Define and enforce quality engineering principles across all projects. Manage a high‑performing team of quality engineers and testers, ensuring robust test automation and performance engineering. Collaborate closely with development teams using Agile methods and continuous improvement frameworks such as CMMI. Provide pre‑sales support, craft proposals, and deliver client presentations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 15–20+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, performance engineering, or related fields. Deep expertise in AI/ML testing tooling, DevSecOps practices, and Agile development. Proven leadership experience managing and scaling quality teams. Strong communication and client‑facing presentation skills. Experience with CMMI or comparable continuous improvement frameworks. Legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
