Looking to join one of the world’s most respected investment and technology firms?

We’re partnering with a highly regarded global organization to hire a Recruiting Coordinator for its high-performing Recruiting team. This opportunity is well suited for someone who has already demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-expectation professional environment and brings exceptional organization, attention to detail, judgment, and polished communication.

This role goes well beyond traditional interview scheduling. You’ll help drive recruiting processes forward, partner closely with Recruiters and sophisticated internal stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and contribute to projects that improve the efficiency and consistency of the recruiting function. You’ll also have exposure to generative AI and other technology-enabled tools used to support recruiting workflows.

This position is structured as a two-year long-term assignment. You’ll be paid directly by the firm and receive full benefits. Opportunities to extend or convert may be available depending on performance, business need, and available openings.

What You’ll Do

  • Help drive hiring processes forward while ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate complex interviews and recruiting activities across multiple calendars, business units, and time zones
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and provide clear, polished, and thoughtful communication throughout the interview process
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Human Capital colleagues, hiring managers, business stakeholders, and external partners
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, communication, and process-related issues
  • Follow established operational guidance, checklists, controls, and confidentiality standards
  • Use generative AI and other technology-enabled tools to support recruiting workflows and improve efficiency and consistency
  • Support ad hoc projects and recruiting process-improvement initiatives
  • Look for opportunities to go beyond the immediate task and add value to Recruiters and the broader team

We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Approximately 2+ years of professional experience , ideally within a fast-paced, high-expectation corporate or professional-services environment
  • Experience in areas such as human resources, recruiting, executive support, operations, project coordination, professional services, financial services, consulting, law firms, or other high-touch client-facing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with demanding or senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately
  • Strong judgment, organization, and project-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished, professional style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Strong discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Evidence of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
  • Comfort using generative AI and other technology-enabled tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

The Ideal Candidate

You are polished, mature, proactive, and calm under pressure. You have already worked in an environment where expectations were high, details mattered, and you were trusted to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

You enjoy building relationships, creating strong candidate experiences, and making complex processes run smoothly. You take ownership of your work, retain important details, anticipate needs, and look for opportunities to add value rather than simply completing the task in front of you.
